Tungsten represents one of the most challenging materials in laser powder bed fusion. Successfully enabling crack free tungsten printing demonstrates RaAMtek’s capability to manufacture complex geometry parts in tungsten and other refractory metals.

RaAMtek has developed capability in printing of  CuCoZr (copper–cobalt–zirconium) alloys, enabling the production of complex, geometry components. We can deliver dense, high-purity parts with excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical strength. Temperatures by combining AM expertise with precise process control to move rapidly from prototype to fully functional end-use parts whilst unlocking innovative design freedom

RaAMtek has capabilities in the additive manufacturing of Ti-6Al-4V for medical and dental device applications. We can print complex geometries, porous surfaces and lattice structures suited to medical device needs and support osseointegration, maintaining the mechanical integrity. Parts are delivered with high-quality helping innovators accelerate development from prototype to clinical-ready production.
